Super high pressure wire wound Rubber hose
1.Rubber Hose structure type:
The rubber hose consist of inner rubber layer, middle rubber layer, 2 &4&6 layers steel winding strengthening layer, outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of conveying the medium, bearing pressure and protecting the steel wire from corrosion. The outer rubber layer has the function of protecting the steel wire from damage. The steel wire layer (0.3mm-2.0mm) is the skeleton material that acts as the role of reinforcement.
2.Usage:
The high-pressure rubber hose are mainly used in Mine hydraulic support, oil field production, and also suitable for engineering construction, lifting transportation, metallurgy forging press, mining equipment, vessels, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, all kinds of machine tools and various industrial departments mechanization, automation has certain pressure in hydraulic system (high pressure) and temperature of oil (such as mineral oils, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and hydraulic transmission.
3. Characteristic：
a.The rubber hose are made from Special synthetic rubber, and it has the advantage of oil-resisting, heat-resisting and anti-aging.
b.The rubber hose has strong bearing ability and good pulse power.
c. The rubber hose body is compacted tightly and used softly, it has less deformation under pressure
d.The rubber hose has good flexibility and fatigue resistance
e.The fixed length of steel wire-winding rubber hose is 20m, and can be random length with 50m.
4.Applicable Temperature:-30~+120℃
Type of the rubber hose。
1. Rubber hose used for conveying water: used for convey water, the applicable temperature is -20℃--45℃.
2. Air Rubber Hose: Suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gas, applicable temperature is -20℃--45℃.
3.Oil-resisting rubber hose: Suitable for conveying oil, applicable temperature is -20℃--45℃.
4.Heat Resisting Rubber Hose: Suitable for conveying the water under 100℃。
Steam Rubber Hose: Suitable for conveying the water under 170℃ or steam.
5.Dilute acid and alkali resistant rubber hose：Suitable for the dilute acid and alkali solution concentration below 40%, applicable temperature is -20℃--45℃.
6.Sandblast rubber hose: Suitable for metal surface sand-blasting and rust moving.
7.Suction and delivery water & oil rubber hose: Work pressure 1.0-1.5 Mpa.
